Elektronic water treatment - advantages

AntiCa++ versus chemical water treatment

  • AntiCa++ does not change chemical structure of the water so it can be used when it is undesirable, e.g. for hygienic or technological reasons, to change the composition of the water. Good examples are drinking water, water used in technological processes such as fermentation containers in food and pharmaceutical industry, breweries and so on. Tested in practice!
  • AntiCa++ can be used to treat calcium hydroxide Ca(OH)2 in sugar refineries or calcium bisulfite Ca(HSO3)2 in cellulose before inlaying pipes. Tested in practice!
  • Much lower initial investment cost compared to chemical water treatment as well as maintenance and service costs, especially when large amount of water is being treated (around 1 000 m3/ hour), e.g. in cooling circuits of large metallurgical furnaces. Tested in practice!

AntiCa++ versus permanent magnets

  • Installation of AntiCa++ is quick and easy and does not require any plumbing interference
  • AntiCa++ water treatment technology can be applied on pipes with large diameter (200- 1000 mm)
  • AntiCa++ does not come in direct contact with the water so it can be safely used to treat drinking water
  • The intensity of the induced current can be easily adapted to the chemical structure of the treated water and the speed of its velocity
  • Due to the principle it works on (transformer method), AntiCa++ is effective at low or even zero velocity of the treated water so unlike devices using permanent magnets it is not dependent solely on Lorentz force (F ~ Q  x  B x v)
  • AntiCa++ devices do not cause increased hydraulic resistance in the place of installation and they do not tend to attract magnetically active particles

AntiCa++ versus inserted voltage (ion-clean effect)

  • Installation of AntiCa++ is quick and easy and does not require any plumbing interference
  • AntiCa++ water treatment technology can be applied on pipes with large diameter (200- 1000 mm)
  • AntiCa++ does not come in direct contact with the water so it can be safely used to treat drinking water
  • The positive effects of the water treatment last much longer then in case of inserted voltage
